I think my body is FINALLY coming around now that I’m eating at maintenance. I’m going to be hitting it hard again soon—lose that last 20 ish pounds. I feel so happy that I finally am understanding my body. Why ? Because I’m listening to it and finding out it’s little quarks. I’m 36 and now finally understanding who I truly am. Ironic cuz I still feel like a big kid !!

Congratulations on listening to your body and its needs. Taking a so called "diet break" (eating at maintenance, not eating everything in sight! Lol) can be very beneficial to your well being. Great job!

remember you got no reason to rush, better to take it slow and learn so you won’t repeat the process

Amen, girl and congrats!!! You've done great and are looking awesome! I'm like you, I don't feel (or act) my age in a lot of ways ;-)

It's good to take a break and stabilize at the new weight. The body doesn't always appreciate being pushed relentlessly. Also, at every age and stage we respond differently, so I've realized that it's a never ending journey of discovery!
