Today was my first time trying intermittent fasting. Surprised I made it until 3:45pm! Caesar salad and rotisserie chicken. One bonus about I.F. is I'm going to enjoy my food so much more! I think I will try this occasionally because it wasn't hard at all

Awesome! It’s really not that crazy when you’re keto. A little harder while eating carbs though 😅
