Don't know if you can have the carbs on your diet, but when I get the "hungrys" I make a big pot of cabbage soup; then I can eat and eat without going over my RDI. I tend to crave salty foods, so it satisfied my cravings.

You've got this. I have hungry weeks as well and nothing to blame it on except a possible lack of activity. I just keep on logging and eat lower calorie bulk foods. And all the stuff Rosio said.

I’m sorry you’re not feeling well—and even more sorry you got the hungries (and Aunt Flo!). Drinking hot tea—especially the fruity ones—has helped me. I think b/c it kind of tricks my body into thinking it’s soup or bouillon. And it’s kind of sweet which helps my sweet tooth. I go for vanilla chai, wild berry zinger, or this jazzy one we ordered through Sips—pomegranate mojito. And it has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, so I get the energy to go do something. Hope you get to feeling better soon, lady. 🌸🌸
