it's official....

I've maintained my weight for a MONTH!!!!

NOT ok!!!!

Gonna kick my butt into gear!!!

Maintaining and not gaining is FANTASTIC! You are in the best shape you've been in a long time I bet! ENJOY THE ACCOMPLISHMENT! I keep bouncing around 170 since November. It's frustrating at times, but then I remind myself that even if I never lose another ounce, I FEEL fantastic and that is the only thing that really matters.

Maintaining is a lot better than gaining. Your body fights to keep you at a certain weight. Like it is your comfort zone. You will start to lose again.

It gives the body time to adjust until it moves further down..patience and persistence are essential

If you are doing a lot of weights you may not really go down on the scale that fast

U will see a difference.... just hang in there. As Liv001 says... weights will affect it. My husband has really gotten into weight lifting and gained muscle in pounds and looks incredible at almost 75.

Same here. But I increased cals by 100 and upped my weights. When can I expect a drop? Maybe not soon, yet people are mentioning my weight loss. Funny. It’s stayed the same give a ounce or two. But I see change in my body. And I feel awesome!!
