I have had it here and there ... I wanna start it becasue it looks and sounds amazing. Just curious how it’s made people feel. I feel like a mad scientist wanting to experiment with all this stuff 🤣

I use it in my cooking (I don’t drink it) because I think it really adds great flavor to my soups and anything else I put it in. I buy a brand called Kettle and Fire. When I first started using it I had to buy from the company (they are great) but now it can be purchased at Sprouts, Whole Foods and I’m sure other mainstream stores as well. Not WM.

Get a pressure cooker and make your own. We mostly call it "soup" or "stock" depending on what phase of the cooking we're at. Use it without the fancy filtering. Still good stuff.

I’m just reading all the bennies about drinking it. I’m the most curious about the collagen and loose skin. I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’m going to experiment with the bone broth and IMF to see there are bennies around that

I make bone broth. It just makes sense to me. You can get minerals out of it and make really good stuff but I do not buy it in stores. Some people do very long fasts and use bone broths to keep up minerals. I think it is goodfor those people. It is not the same as collagen though. I do take collagen supplements daily. I believe it is helping me. I

super simple recipe here. it uses a stovetop pressure cooker, I use an electric one, but the basic ingredients on this one are super simple. https://www.foodrenegade.com/pressure-cooker-bone-broth/

The problem with making it is you have to have the bones. I eat a modest amount of beef and port but not nearly enough to provide me with the amount of bone broth I use in my cooking.

You can buy bones. I also freeze down bones and combine them later. But I am keto so I may eat a bit more meat than some people.

if you buy a whole chicken, you've got bones and cartilage. Bonus for collagen. Make a t-bone, save the bone. If you eat ribs (even out), grab those bones, freeze them and cook them. My local carniceria sells bags of soup bones for $2/lb, bags of dog bones for $1.25/lb. guess which ones I buy?

Ya I’ve heard it’s of people just save them up or buy em at the butcher stores. I had the pork bone broth I made today—soooo good. Thanks for all the good ideas! I feel like it’s helping me feel better and sleep better too. Idk I could be crazy lol
