It’s very important to be honest with yourself. Yesterday I ate 3512 calories lots of carbs, no bread or pasta but gelato, cake and pie. Huge celebration! Today I’m back to keto me. I’m not ready to step on the scale. I’ll do it Friday.

I’ve had 16l lltrs of ice cream this year and it wasn’t low calorie didn’t take long to burn of you should be fine by Friday

You have done such a fantastic job. I wish I had someone like you as a workout partner, you're such a motivator! Keep going lady! I believe once and a while it is OK to fall out and celebrate once in a while as long as you can come back stronger than ever.
