Went to gym this am...small progress. Didn’t stay a long time but want my body to adjust to getting back to this “exercise” thang!

Good idea to ease into it. Your entire body has to adjust. Nerves, tendons, ligaments, as well as muscles, heart, lungs and skeletal attachments. Slowly step it up until you feel challenged, but take your time. Glad to hear you are taking this step.
