I’m pondering how I should proceed with my new weight loss goal. I’m literally half way atm and I go up and down. I am still all in and want to focus on getting the rest of this weight off but I’m wondering what would be the most beneficial ? A more strict exercise regimen, cutting calories even more...longer fasting ? Restricting more carbs or cycling ? Calling my peeps for ideas 😎

I’m experimenting with how to proceed as well. Going off Keto I gained quite a bit but lost that and a little more in half the time it took to gain it. Could be good for you. I did not focus on IF yesterday and gained a pound 😒 So today I’m going to do a OMAD or if I can, I’ll fast 36 hours.

I'm all for more exercise to kick the stubborn pounds off but it is hard to know what is best for someone else - good luck!

I am so proud of you for wanting to keep on it. I become complacent halfway through and give up. I want to stick to it also this time.

I find too many people drop their calories too low to chase after the weight loss. did you redo your rdi with the halfway mark?? at this point you will be curbing your fats a little more. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Getting more exercise will help you burn off fat while your body is adjusting to the new weight loss. the more agressive the exercise the more protein the body needs and can handle. the body does fight back as it likes things nice and cushy. I dropped my calories too low and stressed my body. It cost me, so I am just saying avoid that tactic and try and be patient.
