This is my attempt to get back on the wagon. Chicken Satay Salad. Recipe @bbcgoodfood.

It's satay (peanut) sauce lol. 400 cals as the chicken was pretty big (170g raw breast) and I fried it 🙈🙈. You could have a little less and grill it.
