I’m really pretty excited to be feeling good. Working out is a bit hard because my knees hurt, but I’ve been hitting the gym almost every day and swimming also. I may be finally at the right place mentally to do this. Using affirmations which feels corny but I think may really help. Today’s: I am leaner and stronger every day.
