Hi, thanks. I pan fried a diced chicken breast till browned addled a sliced red onion. Chopped up and steamed some tenderstem broccoli. Added some chopped up Chorizo to the chicken and onion and fried till all cooked Tossed in the broccoli and a little bit of the steaming water and cooked until water gone. Crumbled in some feta cheese and took off the heat and allowed it to melt a little. Seasoned with pepper and a dash of cider vinegar and served. I use about a Tablespoon of Avocado oil to fry with. 😉

At the amounts I used it came in at about 1158 Kcals, that can be scaled depending on amounts of oil used, Chicken breast, Chorizo etc. 👍🏻

Personally I’m more concerned about my carb intake as I’m a classic Endomoph and find I’m very sensitive to carb intake, found out through trial and error. I do however keep an eye on my total energy intake for the day, just to make sure I’m not over eating. 👍🏻
