I was kind of here yesterday, I had sad news about a neighbor and was not going to go online, but I did check out the posts and wander around. This morning the news has not lessened in 'sadness' but I need to be here. I have to go on, I have to be here, if I allow things to take over my life I will not survive, not to say I will physcially not survive, but 'inside' I will being to loose my spirit and I cannot allow that to happen. I have to keep the survival instinct alive and going on. This is important and I am worth it.
Enough said, I just wanted to give a heads up that during this recovery from my mental setback I may be a little depressed, but I WILL NOT allow it to take over and I am keeping with my WOE/WOL. Thank you all for your caring support.
ADDED after work, did my bike ride and the 17# back pack challenge today, whew should sleep good tonight!

My heart goes out to you...I too am struggling with some very depressing news...and while life does go on, it is not easy to process when comforting your emotions with food was your old method of operation. I am not the same person I once was, and neither are you! Hang in there - and know I will be praying for you, and peace in this situation of yours. Love.
