Kefir & flour cakes, similar to mini-pancakes. A traditional Russian dish cooked in a dietary way.

Directions
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add kefir and salt, stir.
- Add flour and baking soda and stir once more.
- Using a tablespoon, spill little circles of dough into the hot slightly greased frying pan (like small pancakes, about 3 or 4 at a time).
- Fry for 1 minute on one side, 30 seconds on the other.
- Serve with creme fraiche (sour cream), condensed milk or other sauces of your choice.
