Delicious stew, perfect for cold evenings.
Ingredients
Directions
- Peel and roughly chop all the vegetables and then place them into a pot big enough for the recipe.
- Add the tomato soup, baked beans and beef to the uncooked vegetables and then pour in the gravy so everything is submerged.
- Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the temperature to low. Note: leave the lid slightly ajar for the steam to escape.
- Leave the stew on to cook for at least 3 hours, checking and stirring every 30 minutes.
- When the vegetables and meat are soft that means it is ready to serve. Season as desired before serving.
- Enjoy!
