Chicken and vegetable stir fry with hoisin sauce and egg noodles.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop vegetables and peel and grate the carrots.
- Prepare the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water and set to one side.
- Butterfly the chicken, then slice it into three strips.
- Heat the wok on medium-high and add 1 tbsp stir fry oil. Wait until it starts smoking then add chicken.
- Fry chicken, stirring frequently, until golden brown on the outside.
- Add vegetables and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add sauce and reduce heat to medium. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add noodles and continue stirring for a couple of minutes, then serve.
