Simple oven baked salmon in an easy to prepare flavoursome marinade.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to a 170C fan.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking paper sheet.
- Cut the lemon into slices and place some slices on top of the salmon.
- Chop the garlic into small slices and add on top of the salmon.
Then add the chives, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the salmon with the baking paper and close it.
- Let it cook for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
