Chinese Style Chilli Chicken

Floured chicken pieces in a delicious Chinese style sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut chicken and peppers into strips. Dip the chicken in beaten egg first, then coat it with cornflour and white flour (mixed with salt and pepper).
  2. Fry the chicken and then add the sliced peppers. Once all cooked, remove from the pan.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan to make the chilli sauce.
  4. Once the chilli sauce is cooked, add back in the chicken and peppers, and gently mix and coat. Serve.
