Chinese Style Chilli Chicken
Floured chicken pieces in a delicious Chinese style sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut chicken and peppers into strips. Dip the chicken in beaten egg first, then coat it with cornflour and white flour (mixed with salt and pepper).
- Fry the chicken and then add the sliced peppers. Once all cooked, remove from the pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pan to make the chilli sauce.
- Once the chilli sauce is cooked, add back in the chicken and peppers, and gently mix and coat. Serve.
