Courgette with Bacon and Halloumi
A delicious and irresistible alternative to pasta!
Ingredients
Directions
- Spiralize the courgette. Chop the onion and bacon and crush the garlic.
- Put oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion. When a bit golden brown, add bacon. Once cooked, add the cherry tomatoes cut by halves.
- Finally add the spiralize courgette. Turn up the heat to medium and mix until the courgette becomes softer.
- Add salt and herbs as you please. Transfer to a dish.
- Top it off with melted cheese.
