Apple & Pomegranate Salad
Vietnamese inspired salad with apple and pomegranate.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash apple, cut in half & remove core (leave skin on for colour). Thinly slice. Place in small bowl.
- Add the seeds of 1/4 pomegranate.
- Chop coriander & add to the bowl.
- In a bowl mix fish sauce and garlic puree. Add ginger.
- Mix well and pour over the apples. Leave for 10 minutes to let flavours develop. Serve.
