Doing better with controlling my appetite. I still get cravings for junk food. I did get apples, bananas, and celery for healthy snacks. My toddler thinks the apples are toys and the bananas are all his to eat. lol
90.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
