Gained 1kg and im happy about it. While i liked the weight loss from all my stress and not having time to eat much for 2 weeks, I dont want to be unhealthy. Id rather have some more weight and a healthier lifestyle than struggle and have harsh expectations. Ill lose it in a controlled and enjoyable way
