Just had the most insane week and a half tryinf to finish all my work for my uni submission. At most 2 hours of sleep a night, then no sleep for the last 2 days. Kept forgetting to eat. Lost almost 2kg…. I feel so fatigued. Makes me understand that there is a healthy and a not healthy way to lose weight. I think ill try gain some or just maintain now😂
