Well that sucks! tbh I gave up half way through the week. been on anti depressants to and one side effect is weight gain so I'm really battling to even maintain let alone lose it 😔
85.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thank you Heather xx I think my weight goes a bit with my down days at the moment but realised this week of I'm on ot and I'm trying thats the best I can do :) I just got to praise myself for doing well and how far I have come and not give up so easily
