The scale probably won't say 68kg again tomorrow morning, but I'm recording it anyway because that's what it said this morning to my surprise. Have been eating bread, cake - all sorts so I was expecting to put on a kilo at least, but there is still time... Tomorrow it's lunch at Ocean Basket so lets see if I can resist sharing a platter with chips and rice and just have some sushi. Hope I can get up and do some exercise tomorrow morning. Been a bad week with only 90 minutes of exercise last week.
