painful sciatica again in my bad leg all last night and today ... got 3 hours sleep from 5am to 8am only, so very very tired! Managed to roast a lovely chicken and steam a few fresh veggies from our garden for lunch. Perfect as the chicken looked after itself in the oven and the veg took 5 minutes to steam in the microwave and gravy took 5 mins on the hob so I didn't have to stand for long!! Hope I sleep tonight!
