Welsh Cakes

Hot stone cakes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir dry ingredients together, except dried fruit.
  2. Cut in fat.
  3. Add dried fruit.
  4. Make a well in middle, crack in egg, beat it and incorporate with dry ingredients, make a dough.
  5. Roll out and cut with 6cm biscuit cutter.
  6. Put on preheated hot stone for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
