Rich Garlic & Cheese Omelette

A treat of a rich omelette to be cooked occasionally.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Mix together almond milk and whole eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan on a low-medium heat (the larger the better to give a thin well textured finish).
  4. Add the garlic to the oil and stir constantly for a few minutes until the lovely garlic aroma starts to fill the air.
  5. Remove the garlic from the oil and either discard, or keep for another use.
  6. Pour the egg mix into the frying pan and make sure it is evenly distributed. Allow to set on a low heat for a few minutes.
  7. Grate the cheese evenly over the omelette and place under the pre-heated grill until the omelette bubbles and the cheese starts to turn brown.
  8. With a spatula, gently roll the omelette and remove from the frying pan onto a serving plate.
