Banana Nut Muffins

These soft, moist, and healthy muffins are perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the eggs and vegetable oil then mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and crushed nuts.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into muffin tins. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
