These protein-packed muffins are perfect for a make-ahead meals for breakfast or snacks.

Directions
- Fry the turkey mince in a preheated pan with olive oil. Season to taste and cook until brown.
- Chop red pepper and jalapeños then put them into cupcake silicon moulds.
- Add turkey mince into the moulds.
- Whisk the eggs and add salt to taste.
- Pour egg mixture into moulds evenly.
- Add crumbled feta cheese on top of each mould.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 160 °C or until they are cooked through.
