Flaxseed Bar

Tasty and freshly-baked energy bar you'll enjoy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with 1 cup of freshly boiled water.
  2. Flatten the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
  4. You may want to use two pieces of baking paper and flip it 2/3 the way through baking.
  5. Let it cool before slicing.
