Baked Crumpets

Healthy and easy to prepare baked crumpets.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c or 180c for a fan oven.
  2. Sliced crumpets into halves and place them into a small ovenproof dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk thoroughly the eggs and vanilla extract then pour it over the crumpets.
  4. Top the crumpets with the fruit of your choice and then sprinkle with chocolate chips too if you wish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Once baked topped with a tsp of chocolate spread or a jam and enjoy!
