Healthy and easy to prepare baked crumpets.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200c or 180c for a fan oven.
- Sliced crumpets into halves and place them into a small ovenproof dish.
- In a bowl, whisk thoroughly the eggs and vanilla extract then pour it over the crumpets.
- Top the crumpets with the fruit of your choice and then sprinkle with chocolate chips too if you wish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once baked topped with a tsp of chocolate spread or a jam and enjoy!
