Directions
- Heat oil in frying pan then add chopped onions. Fry for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in can chopped tomatoes, thyme and soy sauce then bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes then add frozen cod.
- Cover, lower heat and gently cook for 25 minutes or until the cod flakes easily.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
