Vegetable Salad

Healthy and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut all salad ingredients in the style you like and keep them separately.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Melt butter and saute brussels sprouts till golden then add the broccoli to stir through and season with salt.
  4. Toast sunflower seeds in a dry pan over medium heat.
  5. Finely slice the bacon and in a dry pan, fry the bacon until golden.
  6. Arrange the salad ingredients in a bowl to form a Buddha Bowl and serve with Creamy Kaffir, mustard and Tahini dressing.
