Tomato Pasta Sauce

A quick and easy tomato pasta sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry off the garlic in a pan with some olive oil.
  2. Add the passata, chopped carrots, celery and mix.
  3. Add the dried herbs, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  4. Add the sweetcorn and garden peas and mix again. Then let it simmer away for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once done, pour onto your pasta, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
