A quick and easy tomato pasta sauce
Ingredients
Directions
- Fry off the garlic in a pan with some olive oil.
- Add the passata, chopped carrots, celery and mix.
- Add the dried herbs, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
- Add the sweetcorn and garden peas and mix again. Then let it simmer away for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, pour onto your pasta, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
