Apple Slaw

An easy to prepare apple slaw.

Directions

  1. Finely slice the onion, cut the apple into matchsticks, and grate the carrot.
  2. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and white wine vinegar.
  3. Add all the vegetables to the bowl, mix well, add a pinch of salt, stir in and serve.
