Chocolate Cookies
Easy to prepare rich chocolate cookies.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Break the dark chocolate into coarse pieces.
- Add flour into the mix into 2 batches
- Add chocolate and mix them with a spatula.
- Move the mix into bowl to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Warm fan oven 160C.
- Use a big spoon to form little balls and place them on a baking tray 10 cm apart and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- It will be slightly soft from the middle, leave on a rack to cool for 10 minutes and the serve.
