Chocolate Cookies

Easy to prepare rich chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into coarse pieces.
  3. Add flour into the mix into 2 batches
  4. Add chocolate and mix them with a spatula.
  5. Move the mix into bowl to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
  6. Warm fan oven 160C.
  7. Use a big spoon to form little balls and place them on a baking tray 10 cm apart and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  8. It will be slightly soft from the middle, leave on a rack to cool for 10 minutes and the serve.
