Banana Bread

All-time favourite banana bread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the porridge into the blender.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and baking powder.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, then add the yogurt, honey, the melted cacao butter and egg.
  4. Mix all together and add to the dry ingredients.
  5. Cut the strawberries, add to the mixture, mix well and create a form.
  6. Bake for 45 min at 180C.
  7. Let it cool and serve.
