Nutty Seed Crackers

Easy to prepare and great for those on a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add the cold water into the mixture and mix well.
  3. Allow it to sit for about 5 to 10 min to thicken.
  4. Line baking trays with nonstick baking paper.
  5. Spread the seed mix over the paper as thinly as possible without any gaps.
  6. Bake at 120°C for about 3 hrs until completely dry and crispy.
  7. Break into about 50 biscuits.
