Mango-Date Smoothie

Very heavy drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove seeds from dates and soak in 50ml hot or warm milk.
  2. Peel mango and put in blender.
  3. Add soaked dates with milk and add hazelnut milk.
  4. Blend until smooth.
