Golden fluffy pancakes with cottage cheese.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Scoop with a spoon on the hot non stick pan. Flatten out with wet fingers.
  3. Fry on low medium/ medium heat until browned on each side. Around 2-3 mins.
