Prawn & Pomelo Salad

Vietnamese-inspired salad with a colorful and delectable mix of prawns, pomelo, and vegetables.

Directions

  1. Remove all membrane from pomelo & cut into chunks.
  2. Finely shred the leek & carrot, thinly slice garlic.
  3. Mix the peanut butter, oil & soy to make a dressing.
  4. Roughly chop the coriander.
  5. Mix everything together. Garnish with salted peanuts.
