10 day weigh in.

I've tried to change things up this week; sporadic exercise and varying my calories for eg, 900 one day, 1500 another. Just to boost metabolism and keep my body guessing.

Happy for a good drop this week, will do the same next week and see if it works still.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

good work. i will vary my calories this weekend. i have a greek supper club to go to tomorrow.

Learnfromgirls, i needed something to kick start some more weight loss, I was getting slow despite eating well. Karen, I'm going to try it again this week and see how it fairs. Neil, definitely: noticing some wiggle room in my clothes these few days. Fabulous feeling.

Great log,..don’t reckon I could handle 900 days,bit too harsh for me

I didn't find it too hard. I had 2 x 400 cal meals and coffee.

I'm pretty much on the same plan myself at the min, calories restricting to around 1000kcal each day, some days more, some days less. light exercise daily and I've lost 1.3kg this week, I'm gonna carry on with a push to exercise more in the coming week. it's motivating to see progress though isn't it! x
