So it was my cheat day yesterday, and I took advantage with a pizza for tea and a chocolate tea cake! Was expecting the rise on the scales. Just means its back to work again today 😊
80.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
