So day 3 of totally cutting out sugary fizzy drinks and drinking more water. Already my skin I'd feeling so much clearer and I'm 3lbs down on my weight!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
