Despite loads of bike exercise, it was that bag of fudge on the weekend that did me in. Here's to a better week next week.

Very true Mangajohn, i totally needed that fudge :) Thanks missmotivated, i'm so happy with my loss so far. Thanks Bubblegum, it's been hard and easy at the same time! Jim, fudge is my wicked mistress, as is butter.

2 squares of 85% cacao dark chocolate is healthy and good for your hormones and blood pressure. change your tastes and give it time.

Thanks rwaller & Keats x learnfromgirls, I really loathe dark chocolate, but I have cut my daily chocolate bar down to half the size, no way could I give it up completely.
