hope don't put on water weight before wed. I braved scales after wine and alot of chocolates oh dear they were needed tho so no regrets

85.0 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg. Still to go: 15.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.8 kg a Week
