trying to resist the urge to weigh today and keep it to just slimming world scales. so hard after a little gain I just want to know if being good this weekend has paid off. sleepless nights haven't helped either but babies do that. breast feeding has its pros and cons but lack of sleep the biggest con. time to get up and plan healthy food for the day to keep supply up and hope for best loss I can on Wed xx
