Tracked well this week and did 3 hours of decent exercise besides working in the garden and the odd walk to the shops. Missed parkrun last weekend and worked in the garden instead, but I miss it so might go tomorrow again. Started taking a mild probiotic supplement with lunch on Wednesday and so far so good. Also keeping up having 2-3 glasses of water or herbal tea between my last meal at 8pm and 10pm when I go to bed. Hope to keep this momentum going - so close now! Have a great weekend everyone!!!
