Not so happy about this! I guess it's just due to salt, water, oh, and a bit of wine last night, but nevertheless it needs to be dealt with. Have set my RDI down to 1300 (was 1400). I'm not going to like it, but want to see some downward movement, so will give it a go. We're going away next weekend for a stay in a nice hotel in a castle in the mountains, so that will be time off the 'diet', but I'd like to see a drop before we go, and intend to get back on track quickly afterwards.
