I've had a week away from work which coincided with a head cold. It is fair to say that the Autumnal weather is not inspiring me to run so I need to keep focused and motivate myself to get out there. A tricky week but also one which involved a lot of eating out or with the family so I am pleased to have maintained and not gained.
